You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website. Limited reproduction and copying of the content of the Website is permitted provided that HobSpace’s name is stated as the source and prior written permission of HobSpace is sought. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Website is not permitted.You agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:

The participation in discounts/offers is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the customer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.We offer a free of cost demo and assessment class to the subscribers for an informed decision making. A subscription once purchased, cannot be cancelled as resources have already been assigned to your class and activity upon purchase. A refund would not be entertained for any services already provided.
No promotions will be refunded. If you enrolled for a course under a promotional or referral program, you will be charged in full.
The Company shall not be liable for any refund, if the student does not attend the allotted classes within the stipulated tenure. We understand that students may sometimes get engaged with events such as exams, competitions, travel, health issues, etc. To ensure classes are completed in a timely manner, we do provide a course extension period. Please note the course extension timelines as provided for different tenures of purchase:
